Junior Researcher (Resilient Regions) in the Interreg BRIDGE Project
BRIDGE is looking for a Junior Researcher with a strong interest in applied, policy-oriented research in an international context. The Junior Researcher will contribute to research on cross-border health system cooperation, resource pooling mechanisms, and governance challenges, working closely with senior researchers and project partners in the German-Dutch border region.
The Junior Researcher will support tasks related to a Social Network Analysis of healthcare system on the Dutch-German border, an Evaluation of the BRIDGE Platform and its use, and some light teaching. Responsibilities include (1) conducting targeted literature reviews and policy/document analyses on cross-border health system governance; (2) supporting qualitative and basic quantitative analysis of cross-border health care networks; (3) supporting empirical data collection (interviews, case studies) with hospitals and public authorities; (4) contributing to analysis and drafting of research, evaluation, and policy-oriented outputs; and (5) supporting dissemination activities and light teaching.
