Your profile

You are enthusiastic and inspiring, and can work well with teachers, programme directors and colleagues. In addition to the experience relevant to the position in question, you have:

  • A Master in Educational Sciences
  • Demonstrable educational knowledge and experience with regard to higher education
  • Experience in providing educational advice and with innovations in higher education.
  • Experience in guiding teachers aimed at their professionalization, both in groups and individually
  • Being able to switch quickly between different activities, enjoy working on different things at the same time and keep a good overview of your work when working on different projects.
  • Excellent advisory and communication skills, both in English and Dutch.

Our offer

  • A part-time position for 24 hours a week
  • Employment for the duration of 1 year (extension of employment after this period is a possibility)
  • Gross monthly salary between € 5705,- and € 7297,- (full-time) according to scale 12 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Excellent secondary employment conditions: for example    A end year bonus of 8,3%, Facilities for professional and personal development, Optional Model for employment conditions and home working options
