We are looking for a highly motivated and curious EngD (Engineering Doctorate) researcher who will work on the design and development of an IT architecture for Freight Mobility as a Service (FMaaS). The successful applicant will join the Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems (IEBIS) section of the High-tech Business & Entrepreneurship Department (HBE) at the Faculty of Behavioural Management and Social Sciences.

The challenge
The goal of the FMaaS project is to conceive an effective and sustainable digital matching "platform of platforms" with federated and composite services. FMaaS combines offerings from multiple, independent service providers, analyse its consequences, and understand the conditions under which such platforms are accepted and used, and provide environmental and societal benefits.
