In addition, training courses can be offered by you (partially) in English if the group requests it. The association has international students.

About the department

Of course, a student life consists of more than studying. Sports and cultural activities are also an important form of leisure activity to develop as a student and to have fun with others.

The University of Twente (UT) has the most beautiful campus in the Netherlands, where students (and staff) can live, work and study and also develop themselves in the field of sports and culture. The campus has a range of sports facilities, such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, climbing wall, various halls for indoor sports, hockey, softball and soccer fields, an athletics track and beach volleyball courts. The UT has 45 sports clubs.

Many cultural activities also take place on campus. Concerts, lectures, cabaret, dance performances, exhibitions and courses, for example. There is an art library, library, radio and production studio, there are studios, rehearsal and ballet studios. There are currently 16 different cultural associations. Just like the sports associations, all cultural associations are managed by students.

The Sports Centre is located on campus and is the base for the vast majority of the student sports offer. Due to the large number of international students and staff, the language of communication with the target group(s) on campus is largely English.
